White-label AI Act compliance reports: deliver client-ready gap reports under your own brand
Last updated 1 August 2026
If you are an agency, consultancy or fractional compliance lead, your clients don’t want a link to someone else’s tool — they want a document with your logo on it. AI Act Kit lets you run the Article 50 assessment and hand over the resulting gap report and evidence pack white-labelled: your logo, your company name, your brand colour. Want to see the deliverable first? Download a SAMPLE white-label gap report.
What gets white-labelled
- Gap report PDFs from the Article 50 checker — the risk classification, the obligations that apply, and the concrete fixes, branded as your deliverable.
- Evidence packs — the audit-ready bundle you archive or hand to a client’s legal team.
How to set it up
- Sign in and open the dashboard settings.
- Upload your logo (PNG/JPEG/WebP, under 150 KB), set your company name and pick a brand colour.
- Every gap report and evidence pack you generate from then on carries your branding. White-labelling is included with any paid plan or the template pack— there is no separate “agency tier” to negotiate.
Traceable report numbers — why they matter to clients
Every branded report carries a unique report number (format AAK-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXX) that is recorded server-side together with when it was generated, for which risk classification and which obligations. If a client, an auditor or a regulator later asks “where did this document come from?”, the number ties the PDF to a concrete assessment run — your deliverable is verifiable, not just a nicely formatted opinion.
A realistic agency workflow
- Run the free 3-minute check with the client (or send them the link and review their answers together).
- Generate the branded gap report — it lists the client’s Article 50 obligations with the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 linked to EUR-Lex.
- Use the template pack (disclosure notices, transparency policy, vendor questions) to close the gaps you found.
- Archive the evidence pack per client, per assessment date — useful when national enforcement starts asking questions.
What white-labelling is not
Honest scoping, because your name is on the document: the report is an Article 50 (transparency) gap assessment, not a full high-risk conformity assessment under Annex III, and it is not a substitute for legal advice on contested questions. For most SaaS deployments of chatbots and generative AI, Article 50 is exactly the scope clients need in 2026.
