The service

AI Act Disclosure Kit provides self-serve tooling for EU AI Act Article 50 transparency obligations: a compliance checker, disclosure badge, templates and a C2PA signing API.

The tool and its content are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified lawyer for advice on your specific situation.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. If the service does not work as described, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to misrepresent compliance status, abuse the API, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
