4. Could generated media realistically depict real people, places or events — or do you publish unreviewed AI text on matters of public interest?
Article 50(4): deep fakes and unreviewed public-interest AI text need a visible disclosure.
5. Do you use emotion recognition or biometric categorisation on people?
Article 50(3): exposed persons must be informed of the system's operation.
