Who we are

AI Act Disclosure Kit (aiact.zalize.com) is operated by ZALIZE. Contact: hello@zalize.com.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, plan, API key and purchase status. Sign-in uses one-time magic links, so there is no password database.

Site data you enter: name, domain and badge configuration, plus daily badge impression counters and weekly badge-scan results.

Compliance checker answers and generated reports are produced in your browser; we do not receive or store your questionnaire answers or PDFs.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

Rate limiting uses a salted hash of the visitor IP address — we do not store raw IP addresses in application data.

Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record; we never see or store card numbers.

Data deletion

Email hello@zalize.com from your account address and we will delete your account and associated data.
